Bethel Livingstone Academy is committed to uplift the standard of Education in Nigeria and beyond. This is core to the design of the school curriculum, recruitment of dedicated and professional Academic and non-Academic staff, performance management of staff and Students, welfare of staff and students and compensation of staff. Participatory management style whereby parents, students and staff will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Academy will be adopted to ensure that we deliver our mandate as a team. To encourage and maintain a stable workforce, BLA is operating a Pension scheme for its permanent staff in line with the Federal Government of Nigeria Pension Act 2004.
